Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
  • Authors should agree to pay the Article Processing Charges (APC) once the manuscript is accepted for publication.

The personal information entered in this journal's site (including names, email addresses, and institutional affiliations) will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

  • Process Article Processing Charges (APCs) and issue invoices.

If a manuscript is accepted for publication, the following information will be made public as part of the Version of Record to ensure scientific accountability:

  • Author names and institutional affiliations.

  • The email address of the Corresponding Author.

  • Funding acknowledgments and conflict of interest disclosures.

3. Reviewer Privacy

To maintain the integrity of our Single-Blind Peer Review process:

  • Reviewer identities are kept strictly confidential and are only known to the Editorial Board.

  • Reviewer reports shared with authors are anonymized.

  • Reviewer data is stored securely and is only used to invite experts for future evaluations.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

The journal may share necessary data with third-party service providers solely for the purpose of publication and indexing. These include:

  • Crossref: For DOI (Digital Object Identifier) registration.

  • Indexing Services: Such as Scopus, PubMed, or Web of Science.

  • Plagiarism Detection Software: (e.g., iThenticate) to verify manuscript originality.

5. Data Retention and Security

  • Retention: We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

  • Security: We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

6. Individual Rights

Authors, reviewers, and registered users have the right to:

  • Access and view the personal data the journal holds about them.

  • Request the correction of inaccurate data.

  • Request the deletion of their account (provided it does not conflict with the integrity of the scientific record).
