Abstract
The ultimate goal of periodontal therapy is the regeneration of lost periodontal tissues. Various regenerative periodontal
therapies, such as guided tissue regeneration (GTR), bone grafts, growth factor delivery, and a combination of
various materials have been developed over the past few years. This review discusses all the available
regenerative materials for periodontal regeneration from past to present. Special attention is given to the commercially
available materials and novel materials developed recently.
