The purpose of this review is to correlate various techniques of human resource development and its effects on scientific research. Effective human resource management in human resource development (HRD) helps an employee to be a better worker by improving his self-respect and confidence. This would make the person to feel that “It is better to be worn out than be rusted out”. This will have an impact on his health also, which enhances the overall productivity of the organization. Thus by effective human resource planning both the employee and employer get the benefits.
