Abstract

Arjuna terminalia is considered as the most significant plant in biochemistry as it possess medicinal properties and can be used as herbal medicine. Methanolic extract of plant is used for nanoformulation. This paper presents nanosynthesis of Arjuna terminalia filled Poly Lactic-co-Glycolic acid(PLGA) spherical shaped nanoparticles which possess antimicrobial activities and follow zero-order kinetic as well as Hixson Crowell drug release model inside the body.
