This study aims to evaluate bone density analysis for in vivo fracture repair using digital radiography after the placement of newly synthesised implants in the femur bone. Radiographic assessments were conducted to assess implant position, new bone formation, and osseointegration of implants made with three different metal alloys (Ti, Ti-Ga, Ga-Si-Ti). Linear bone density was measured at intervals of 14th, 28th, 42nd, and 56th days. The results, derived from digital direct radiographs using Posterior-Anterior Subtraction radiography, and paralleling technique with intraoral digital radiographs, were subjected to statistical analysis. The Ga-Si-Ti group demonstrated the highest mean bone density of newly formed bone compared to Ti-Ga and Ti groups
